We are Stockists and consultants for Neal's Yard Organics skincare which are used in our treatments.
We offer Hydrotherm massage; a unique deeply relaxing massage using hot water cushions; ideal for those who cannot turn over easily during massage therapy.

Jayne is a Reiki Master/teacher and alongside her reiki treatments offers courses for those wishing to pursue this spiritual healing method further..
SERVICES
The treatments offered at The Gallery all use the holistic touch alongside Neal's Yard Organics and there are many relaxing therapies on offer including the essentials of facials and manicures and pedicures. The massage treatments include Hydrotherm; Swedish, Hot Stone, Sports and holistic massage.
Reiki healing therapy, hopi ear candling , Indian head & foot massage, and aromatherapy face and neck massage are also very prominent in our therapies. .
MASSAGE
Swedish massage is the foundation for many of the massage treatments on offer which are then blended using various techniques to address specific needs.
Massage therapy is not only an enjoyable and relaxing experience but there are many benefits to be gained - such as reducing stress levels and anxiety by relaxing both mind and body. Skin tone is improved, muscle fatigue is reduced allowing better flexibility thus improving posture and joint mobility. Our Hydrotherm system is a unique deeply relaxing massge which is carried out whilst the client is laying face up on two water cushions heated between 30 and 40 degrees allowing the therapist to move her hands over and around the body loosening tight muscles.
REIKI
One of the holistic therapies on offer is Reiki which is a very gentle but extremely powerful healing treatment which can be used on its own, alongside all other treatments and with conventional medicine. It boosts the immune system and eliminates stress and tension. Reiki promotes the self healing process, pain relief and energy re-balancing. There is a holistic massage using Reiki which is very calming as gentle massage techniques are used where needed.
It is non-invasive and safe for everyone. Treatment is given fully clothed.
Reiki is more than just healing physical problems it also helps us to find our emotional and spiritual balance. It brings us back to who we really are. We offer Reiki courses at The Gallery allowing those who wish to promote their healing strengths to family and friends as well as self healing
Ayurvedic treatments on offer are Indian Head and Foot massage using traditional oils and methods and are very calming and effective and can be adapated as part of another treatment if required.

The Gallery Therapy Room is on the first floor of a beautifully converted barn hosting many antiques, persian rugs and treasures of past times.
There is also a Couryard Cafe where you can have a light lunch and perhaps a glass of wine after browsing or having a treatment. . There is ample parking and we take most major credit cards.
