The reason I am so passionate about EFT is that I had ME for approximately 17 years and tried lots of types of therapies but nothing helped much or not for long. I heard about EFT and decided to go to a workshop. I was blown away by the results it was getting for the people who volunteered during the demonstrations.

I then decided to have sessions with a Practitioner and also found a clinic that used EFT as one of their modalities for recovering from ME. This amazing technique was absolutely instrumental in my full recovery from this disease, something I had almost given up hope of, and because of this I felt compelled to train as a Practitioner so I could help others. And here I am!

What is EFT?

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) or Tapping is a modern complementary therapy with its roots in Chinese medicine and acupuncture (without using needles).

EFT involves tapping on acupuncture points while focussing on the area you want to heal. By doing this, you can change the imbalances in your energy system which causes our negative thoughts and feelings.
