Recommended by Doctors and Midwifes for expectant mums who want to exercise confidently, safely and effectively throughout their pregnancy. Fiona also gets the full support from her local Midwifes in her area/district.

Pregnancy is a very special and exciting time, with your body adjusting to changes. That’s why Fiona has designed a specific class to help you adapt to the changes happening and prepare you physically and mentally for childbirth. Stay strong, healthy and positive throughout your pregnancy.

The sessions are focused on helping you feel comfortable, relaxed and fit during pregnancy. It will increase your energy and stamina as well as building strength, flexibility and balance. Also help relieve backache, pelvic girdle pain and SPD. Practice of deep breathing improves focus and concentration, which can help ease labour and delivery.



Ante Natal Class

Maintain your fitness whilst pregnant, tone and strengthen those muscles, work on your pelvic floor, relieve backache, pelvic pain and tension, meet other mums-to-be. Stay strong, healthy and positive throughout your pregnancy and let me guide you through each trimester ready for that important day.

Class contains gentle toning, yoga and pilates poses to keep your body flexible throughout pregnancy, working on those muscles changing for birth, strengthen pelvic floor, breathing techniques to use during labour, and finishing with relaxation to help you unwind and experience a calm and positive mindset towards childbirth.

Small Group Pregnancy

A small intimate group of 6, giving you that personal touch and the chance to meet other mums-to-be. From beginners to experienced, the class is tailored to suit your changes through Pregnancy, share any worries and support.

The class helps to strengthen your body and maintain flexibility and mobility before birth. Plus plenty of time for individual help.
