We can train you at your home, place of work, your gym, local park, or anywhere else you choose. We have dedicated trained and experienced professionals from a variety of sports and fitness backgrounds. These trainers have the necessary skills to address all your personal training needs, aims and objectives, regardless of whether you are training to run a marathon or just trying to return to training post childbirth or injury. Maybe you're bored with your usual training routine, or find the gym too "samey" - we can help to add variety to your routine and challenge you.

Personal Training Want to get fitter? Tone up? Lose some weight?
Our personal training service is individually tailored for you to help you achieve your objectives, whatever they may be. We'll start by assessing your current fitness levels and the goals you want to achieve, and design you training around this. We'll make sure each session is varied - no two sessions will be identical, so you won't get bored and lose motivation. You'll make progress quickly!
Your trainer will come to you at a time and place of your choosing - at work in your lunch break, at home after work, in your local park on Saturday afternoon: it's up to you. (Within reason - we are based in London, so can't just nip up to Manchester if you happen to live there...) There's no need for you to join a gym, unless of course you want to.
We start by giving you a free initial consultation (30 mins) immediately followed by your first training session, where we will identify your strengths, weaknesses, what you need to improve on and how we can achieve that together. After an agreed interval, such as 18 sessions if you're training 3 times a week, we'll repeat the fitness assessment to quantify your progress.
We can provide:

- Weight management and nutrition
- Muscle shaping and definition
- Functional core conditioning
- Strength and power training
- Pre- and post-natal training

About UsFit in Fitness was originally established in 2004 to meet a demand for health and fitness improvement that is a fun part of every day life rather than something that is viewed as a chore and necessity.
We know that a lot of people don't enjoy exercise; we know that those that do exercise want to see results quickly. That's why our innovative fitness programs use creative solutions to transform your body and mind, helping you to get to your desired outcomes sooner rather than later in a way that you can maintain. Our personal training programmes are tailored to each client's individual needs and requirements. We don't try and match you to our programme; we adapt our programme to you. No two clients will ever receive the same treatment, because no two clients are ever the same.
Every one of our trainers is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs). This is a self-regulating body whose mission is to safeguard people using the services of fitness and exercise professionals. Each of our personal trainers is qualified to REPs Level 3 or 4 - the highest standard in the UK.
Our trainers are qualified to BSc (Hons) level in Physical Education and Sports Science and they are fully proficient in sports and deep tissue massage, which can be used as part of a physiotherapy program. Also each trainer holds a British Red Cross Emergency First Aid qualification and public liability insurance.
Our clients also benefit from trainers skilled in the martial arts and distance self defence through the World Taekwondo Federation; pre and post natal holistic training; functional core stability and kettle-bell coaching.
