This is not a diet!
Feelings are what drive us to over-eat and diets cannot stop these feelings, they only suppress them on a temporary basis. So, it is identifying and then changing your attitude towards them that allows you to change your response.
So, can you change me?
No - but YOU can change you and be whatever you want to be. You already have the answers within you and coaching will help you find them. You have the power to change!
About Elizabeth Jeffrey
My name is Elizabeth Jeffrey and I help women who struggle to reach the weight they feel most attractive at, and more importantly, help them keep the weight off by improving their body image.
I have worked in the health and fitness industry for more than 15 years as a fitness instructor, gym manager and sports massage therapist, so am able to offer body shaping programmes and Swedish and sports massage.
Food for Thought provides me with the opportunity to bring together all my talents, enabling me to coach for weight loss and body confidence, and also to prescribe fitness and/or body shaping programmes if desired.
My coaching is confidential and effective, and I enjoy working with clients who want results.
