Aiden Van Graan
I am an ITEC and VTCT qualified Massage and Reflexology Therapist, registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists and based in Watford, Herts.
After spending 10 years working in Administration and Management within the Finance Industry I retrained in Swedish Massage Technique, Indian Head Massage and Reflexology.
My time spent working within an office environment has lend me a unique insight into the often unhealthy stress that such an environment can bring and I believe that having the opportunity to regularly de-stress and relax is vital to maintaining personal health and wellbeing.
I continually expand and improve my knowledge of complementary therapies and will soon be able to offer additional services.
Services
Before your first treatment I will sit down with you and complete a consultation. This consultation is necessary to make sure a comprehensive overview of your medical history and lifestyle is obtained that will help me ensure the treatment is unique and individual to you. The consultation will take no longer than 30 min, is not deducted from the treatment time and you wont be charged for it.
Swedish Massage
A full body massage using a variety of movements to manipulate the soft tissue of the body. Massage may be found to bring relief from everyday aches, reduce stress, increase relaxation, address feelings of anxiety and tension, and aid general wellness.
60 minutes: £40
90 minutes: £50
Reflexology
Based on the belief that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all organs and parts of the body. Reflexology can be a wonderfully relaxing experience where you can take time out from everyday pressures and can help improve mood, aid sleep and relieve tension. The result is an overall sense of wellbeing.
40 minutes: £30
Indian Head Massage
Both a stimulating and relaxing treatment that can be given anywhere, even in the work place. Indian Head Massage concentrates on the face, scalp, shoulders, upper back and upper arms.
30 minutes: £15
