Reflexology in a relaxed atmosphere, the treatment begins with a short chat about general health issues affecting the client, and a discussion about potential solutions.
Treatment commences using only the feet and simulating reflex points using an "accupressure" technique which is a very relaxing and therapeutic massage. This therapy works very well on all chronic back pain, neck and shoulder pain, respiratory and digestion problems. It has also been very effective in releiving stress and helps with period problems and has also helped fertility in some cases.
Reflexology is a very effective tool in many cases of energy illnesses e.g. M.E and post-viral syndromes.
Reflexology promotes a general feeling of wellbeing and is intended, over time to return the body to "homeostasis"-its natural balanced state.
I also offer the Dr Mary Staggs detoxifying footbath, which uses a system of current, changing from positive to negative every 30 seconds and through these continuous changes in polarity, "de-clogs" the small blood vessels from cell blockages which serve all the organs, and by freeing them, improves how they function by allowing a better blood supply.
This is a relaxing therapy whic takes about 30 minutes and, again involves the feet only.
