I also offer Personal Training for you to train with a friend or friends, in a small group or for corporate groups with their own gym facility. This not only greatly reduces your individual cost, but also helps keep you focused and motivated through the week by having a training partner(s) when you have sessions to complete on your own.
Everyone will receive the same standard of service and commitment from me, with a free consultation and assessment; a specific goal orientated training plan, periodic reports and assessments to track improvements, unlimited email support and advice. Plus the premier extras if chosen, not everyone has to choose the same plan.

Personal Training How many of us own fitness equipment that only got used for a few weeks and is virtually brand new, but lives in the attic or under the stairs? How many times have we paid for membership to a gym that we never used? We all know the benefits of regular exercise and we all know how to exercise, so why do we find it so hard to exercise?
Whatever motivates us to start an exercise program, weight loss, dropping a dress size, personal appearance or getting fit for a charity event etc, the sad facts are that 95% of people who undertake an exercise program will quit! Why? No Support! Lack of Motivation!
This is where a Personal Trainer can make all the difference. By creating diverse and varied training programs tailored specifically for your goals, you will have fun and see results. They will motivate and support you to continue beyond the point where you usually quit. A good Personal Trainer should also educate you so that you understand the training you are doing and the results you will get from it.
I offer 3 levels of Personal Training: Standard, Premier and Online.
Standard Personal Training can be bought in single and multi sessions depending on your circumstances and goals. You get a free consultation and assessment; a specific goal orientated training plan, periodic reports and assessments to track improvements, unlimited email support and advice.
Premier Personal Training offers the same as the Standard package with the inclusion of diet and nutritional advice, food diary analysis and telephone support. Due to the added extras this cannot be bought as a single session.
About Me I am 39 years young and live in Trowbridge with my wife and 2 children. My wife and I moved to the area in 2000, when we were both training at Bath University with the British Modern Pentathlon team.
We briefly moved away for a few years to the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (RMAS) and chose to move back here when I left the Army in 2008.
I spent 12 years with the Household Cavalry, 3 years in Hyde Park on ceremonial duties, 4 years as a full-time athlete with the British team, 4 years at the RMAS in charge of the Army Modern Pentathlon Centre as Senior Coach and as a Physical Training Instructor, and my last year was spent at Windsor. I still have a lot of ties with the Army and get involved raising money for various military charities.
I have been in the fitness industry both Army and civilian for about 15 years. I absolutely love everything about fitness, exercise and outdoor pursuits. Having spent time as a serious athlete and also as a coach, I find that the buzz I get from helping others achieve their goals is far greater than achieving my own, hence why I became a Personal Trainer. I believe that whilst training isn’t easy… it should always be fun! Life should be fun, otherwise what is the point? So all my training sessions have a healthy splash of humour and fun thrown in for free J

I called the business Fusion Fitness because of the diversity and variety of training that I can provide, from military style fitness programs and circuits to sport specific coaching, from weight management to nutritional advice. I will blend my diverse knowledge and skill sets to create a unique training plan targeted at helping you achieve your goals and have a lot of fun along the way.
