About The Lightning Process
What is it?
The Lightning Process is a new and unique none medical 3-day training programme. It combines concepts from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), the principles behind osteopathy, self hypnosis and life coaching and was devised by Osteopath, Hypnotherapist and Master NLP Practitioner Phil Parker.
The Lightning Process is an empowering training programme. During the course Jenny will train you step by step as to how the process works, and support you as you learn to apply it in your life.
How Does it Work?

About Other Approaches
The lightning process is an excellent approach for many issues, for some things, such as phobias one to two hours of NLP/hypnotherapy is all that is needed.
Jenny also provides coaching, a powerful change tool to assist you to explore your personal potential, expand your thinking and achieve your aims as quickly as possible. Typically clients see Jenny for 6 sessions one to one or over the phone for 30 minute sessions. Jenny finds that coaching and the lightning process are a powerful combination.
About Jenny Gilmore Clinical Hypnotherapist
Jenny Gilmore is a very experienced, advanced Lightning Process Practitioner and professional trainer. She quaified in the Lightning Process and her Diploma in Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Life Coaching with internationally renowned hypnotherapist and NLP trainer Phil Parker. She was one of the first 50 practitioners in the World to be trained to teach the Phil Parker Lightning Process. She is a graduate of the University of London, holds additional qualifications in anatomy and physiology, and studied Occupational Therapy for 3 years at one of the UK's top training colleges at York. She is a member of the British Institute of Hypnotherapists and a telephone coach for lightning process practitioners.
Jenny has many years of commitment to providing quality high quality support and training to assist people to recover from their issues and to reach their full potential. From the late 1980s she specialised to work with people with disability and health issues and later became a Director of the Disability Information and Advice Centre in York (DIAC). She chaired the York and District ME Group providing support and advice to people with CFS, M.E and Fibromyalgia and their families for 3 years. Her achievements there include setting up a friendship network and newsletter linking more than 200 people with ME & Chronic Fatigue Syndrome across North Yorkshire. She has experienced first hand the pressures of working in both the business and public sector, and for 14 years lived with the severe disabling fatigue and incapacity caused by M.E.
Since Jenny has completed the Lightning Process her life and health have been been transformed. She has returned to work, and lives a normal life with a future that she never thought possible.
