Twenty years ago I suffered a serious illness my life changed. Studying and experience have helped me aid people with physical injuries with treatment and a workable recovery programme with plenty of encouragement to help the individual be the best they can be.

Five years ago, I pulled my sacroiliac out of alignment. As I didn’t know that’s what I’d done, some 9 months elapsed before getting it adjusted. During this time, the muscles around the joint compensated, becoming very tight. Gradually this tightness progressed into the left piriformis, which was quite uncomfortable.
Over the years I tried acupuncture, chiropractic adjustment and various types of massage, e.g. remedial, sports, deep tissue, hot stone treatment, Swedish, Thai, shiatsu, reiki, which all helped.
