Nutrition MOT

If you used to eat healthily and have ‘fallen of wagon’ or if you want to know how you’re doing with your nutritional health – this is for you. We periodically MOT our cars, so why not our nutritional health? You’ll receive an overall review and analysis of your diet based on a 3 day dietary diary. Our nutritionist will take into consideration any symptoms you may be experiencing, and changes you would like to make. At the end of the MOT you will have a better understanding of your body and nutrition, and will have learned about the changes, sometimes small, that can make a world of difference and bring positive change.

Food Foundation

What is the basis of your diet? The foundations of our diet, culturally and our upbringing determines our diet today and our feature health. Is the foundation of your diet built on balanced diet that works for you and your body? The Food Foundation will help you create a good healthy base for eating, taking into account your body, habits, lifestyle and cultural needs. With Food Foundation you learn to eat smarter for a healthier and happier you.

Vegan & Vegetarian Balanced Nutrition

There are many health benefits in the vegan and vegetarian diets and for most that have developed nutrient deficiencies on these diets it has come as a surprise because they considered themselves to be eating healthily. Some deficiencies can take years to manifest and waiting until you have a deficiency might be too late because the deficiency might have resulted in an irreversible health problem by then. The vegetarian, vegan require careful planning to avoid common nutritional concerns associated with special diets including vitamins B12/D iron, zinc, calcium, Omega 3 fatty acids and other nutrients. Kitchen Nutrition Makeover

“People don’t plan to fail, they fail to plan”. What we have in our kitchens greatly affects the outcome of our nutrition. Plan your kitchen for balanced nutrition with our personalised kitchen makeover solutions that will address your specific nutritional needs in the comfort of your home. This service ranges from 1 to 4 hours and can include a:
  • Comprehensive health and nutrition assessment.
  • Nutrition education de-clutter of food cupboard fridge and freezer.

  • Nutritious meal and snack planning session.

Wedding Day & Beyond

Are you about to become a bride or groom and are unhappy with your weight, body shape and size? Don’t worry help is at hand. Our Wedding Day and Beyond programme will help you with lifestyle changes such as balanced nutrition and exercise that will help you shed excess fat sensibly for a leaner body. Your energy level will increase, you’ll feel healthy and look great on your wedding day and set you up for a lifetime of eating and living healthily. Ditch the yo-yo diets, slimming pills and one-hit-wonders, go the healthy way and stay slim beyond your wedding day – this will stay with you for life. This is a 3-month programme but if your wedding is sooner – we have something for you, so call us. The programme includes 6 consultations, detailed health analysis, bespoke eating plan, tailored health and exercise handouts and email support. CONSULTATIONS & FEES

Initial Consultation

Initial consultation consists of a comprehensive analysis of your current symptoms, medical history, family health history, your diet, nutrient intake and your vitamins and mineral status. This session includes your health goals, relevant handouts and bespoke dietary and physical exercise action plan. Duration: 90 minutes. Fee: £120.

Follow-up Consultation

Follow-up consultation is important because it’s when we assess your progress and if necessary, adjust your programme as required to meet your needs. Follow-up sessions can take place from two to four weeks after the initial consultation. Duration: 50 minutes. Fee: £70.

How many sessions do I need?

The number of sessions required differs from person to person. Most clients prefer programmes where they’re seen over a period of 8 to 12 weeks. However, clients with certain conditions needing further consultations and support in order to achieve their health target are seen for additional period of time.

We have successfully helped many clients achieve their goals via face-to-face, Skype and telephone appointments and so geography is never an issue. We also offer home, office and weekend visits for an additional fee - just ask.

ABOUT

Ebi Lewis is the founder of GoodLife Nutrition, the Diet Coach Me Method and the Food Foundation programme. Ebi is a registered nutritional therapist who has always been passionate about eating healthily and nourishing the body through what and how we eat. She completed her training in nutrition with the internationally renowned Institute of Natural Healing and is an approved Nutritionist of Blackford Centre for Nutrition. As a registered member of the BRCP (British Register of Complementary Practitioners) and CAM (Complimentary Medical Association, the oldest and largest of its kind) she adheres to their code of ethics.

GoodLife Nutrition takes a holistic and science based approach to nutrition, treating each case individually because we recognise that one size doesn’t fit all in nutrition. Each client comes with his or her own sets of life’s demands and challenges.

GoodLife Nutrition provides one-to-one nutrition services and support to individuals, which includes an in depth health analysis and a bespoke nutritional plan. GoodLife Nutrition also provides workshops, talks and one-to-one sessions to businesses, schools, nurseries and community centres, with topics that are highly relevant and tailored to address particular requirements or concerns.
