Ali Thompson is a fully qualified and experienced therapist. Ali trained in Holistic Massage with Essentials for Health, London before going on to completing a Reflexology Diploma with Body Basics. She is also a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.

Reflexology is a way of treating the whole body through specific reflex points on the feet. Stimulating these points helps the bodies own natural healing and help balance all of the bodies systems. It can increase energy, boost your immune system and create a stronger body and calmer mind.

Holistic massage uses various different techniques and pressures to release toxins and tension from the body. The massage will be tailored to your specific needs based on a consultation prior to the treatment.

Facial Rejuvenation Massage
This amazing treatment works on many levels. It uses a blend of highly effective massage techniques to delay the visable signs of ageing and prevent further damage. It reduces puffiness and the appearance of wrinkles, tones the facial muscles and exfoliates leaving the skin looking bright and fresh. No products are used in this treatment so it is suitable for those with allergies and you are unlikely to have a breakout or greasy skin like with some conventional facials.
