What We Do
The GWiz Learning Partnership is a consultancy that specialises in inspiring the natural potential of organisations, leadership, management and individuals through OD, L&D and Executive Coaching.
We work with clients from a broad range of sectors and are heavily involved with the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development). We aim to work in partnership with our clients, enhancing the profile of leadership, learning and development in our client's organisation.
We provide support in areas such as:
Organisational Development
.. facilitating and applying interventions at all organisational levels including director and CEOs.
Change Management
.. facilitating senior decision makers in formulating strategies for change. Designing and implementing change programme briefings and training.
Training analysis, design and delivery
including fully supported programmes e.g. training modules, action learning sets, individual coaching, mentoring schemes and case study work.
Executive Coaching
working with directors, CEOs and senior managers.
Mediation
providing mediation between individuals, teams and in one case working on a neighbourhood dispute (successfully).
Team building
working with specific teams to either deal with problems or to turn effective teams into high performing teams.

As well as leading the market in our specialist fields, we are serious about continuous improvement, keeping up to date with management and HR issues. Our key trainers are all members of the CIPD.
Each key trainer has over 10 years training experience and has worked with over 7000 people from a range of industries and cultures.
We have a hundred percent reliability record since our genesis in 1993.
Our approach is to provide flexible, high quality training and learning solutions to all of our clients.
