I specialise in the Energy Therapies of Crystal Therapy, Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Flower and Gem Essences. These therapies are available by appointment through me at my treatment room in Westcott or at Tillow Barn Health & Wellbeing in Brockham or in the comfort of your own home.
I also provide a mobile Ladies Hairdressing service in your own home.
I am an Independent Consultant for NYR Organic (Neal's Yard Remedies) available for one to one consultations and NYR Organic shopping experiences.
I cover Westcott, Dorking, Reigate and their surrounding areas in the beautiful Surrey Hills.
This unique combination of services help to support you in looking good, feeling good and bring a sense of wellbeing and relaxation.
About Me
I have a strong belief in the value of complementary therapies to support people in their health and wellbeing and I am qualified as a Reiki Master, Crystal Therapist, Indian head Massage and Flower and Gem Essences practitioner. I use a combination of these therapies in my treatments. I am passionate about natural products and remedies and I am an NYR Organic (Neal's Yard Remedies) Independent Consultant.
I am also a fully qualified, City & Guilds trained, hairdressing professional with over 24yrs experience. I have worked in a variety of salons as a stylist and technician, taught hairdressing as a lecturer and assessor in FE colleges and worked as a technical trainer for Wella in the London Training Academy
I am fully insured with Public Liability insurance
Crystal Therapy
What is Crystal Therapy?
Crystal Therapy is an energy therapy and has been used throughout the ages to help to restore balance on emotions, mind, body and spirit.
Crystals work on the electromagnetic energy field of the body to assist in bringing it into its natural balance.
Crystal Therapy is a relaxing treatment which can aid stress management promoting general wellbeing, relaxation and encourage personal development.
What Happens in a Crystal Therapy Session?
A personal consultation and accurate medical history is taken to help to determine which crystals will be used. You will be asked to lie on a couch, fully clothed. The crystals will be placed around you while you relax. A relaxing atmosphere is created through the use of meditative music.
Feeling heat, tingling or a deep relaxed state are all common experiences as the energies move around your body.
Crystal Therapy can be a powerful holistic treatment. Most clients feel calm and relaxed following their treatment and effects from the treatment can usually be felt over the next few days.

Reiki
Reiki is a Japenese system of energy healing rediscovered by Dr Mikao Usui in the early 1900's. The word Reiki means universal life energy.
The aim of Reiki is to work holistically to bring into balance the natural life force energy in the body. This can help to minimise stress, aid relaxation and promote wellbeing, clarity and a sense of peace.
What Happens During a Reiki Treatment?
A full consultation is taken to establish a clients medical history, lifestyle, needs and expectations. The client lies fully clothed on a couch in a relaxing atmosphere, created by music, essential oils and candles. The Reiki attuned practitioner then places their hands in a series of positions over the energy centres of the body. The hand positions can be on or near the client depending on what the client would prefer.The Reiki energy flows from the practitioner to the client.
- Experiences can differ for each person. Clients may feel deeply relaxed, experience heat or tingling.
- Reiki assists the release of tension, negative feelings or emotions and has a positive effect on the mind and body.

Energy Therapy
This treatment incorporates the use of a combination of vibrational energy therapies including crystals, Reiki flower, plant, tree or gem essences. This can be a deeply relaxing treatment aiding stress management promoting general wellbeing, relaxation, balance of emotions and the energy system and encourage personal development.
- A detailed consultation is carried out before each treatment to establish individual needs.

Indian Head Massage
The tradition of Indian Head Massage is part of the Ayurvedic tradition of medicine which is an ancient Indian healing system focussing on the balance of mind, body and spirit to promote wellbeing.
It is a massage that is carried out on the upper back, shoulders, neck, head, face and upper arms.
The hands on treatment usually lasts approx 30min and is traditionally given with the client in a seated position . No removal of clothing is required. The application of essential oil to the hair, neck and shoulders is optional in which case upper clothing may be required to be removed to prevent oil staining.
The treatment is carried out in a relaxing environment with the addition of music and essence fragrance to enhance relaxation.
Benefits include: stress management and relaxation, relaxing muscles of head, neck and shoulders freeing tension, aids circulation and lymphatic flow.
