Eileen's classes are designed to help you to relax properly.
This is necessary to help you cope better, get good quality sleep and let your body, mind and emotions heal.
Classes include techniques in Breathing, Muscle Relaxation, Meditation and Guided Imagery Visualisation.
Students love the sense of peace, calmness and wellbeing.
