I became involved in reflexology because of my own experience with how it affected me and my stress levels and digestive problems. Since then I have experienced working with various people and probelms. I have worked with Stroke patients, headache sufferers, people wanting help with weight loss, FMS sufferers (Fibromyalgia), Sciatica sufferers and pregnant women in the last few weeks of pregnancy. As well as people just wanting to relax and unwind.

A friendly and attentive non judgmental reflexology therapist in the centre of London.
I have had experience working with pregnant women, stroke patients, headache sufferers and stress and anxiety related illnesses, to mention but a few. I have an interest in digestive disorders as this is what brought me to Reflexology in the first instance.
I have given seminars on the benefits of reflexology specifically with Fibromyalgia and Stress and the long term benefits of receiving reflexology treatments.
