What To Expect
A Reiki treatment is a very gentle and deeply relaxing form of therapy. Treatment is received fully clothed, seated, or laying down. In a calm situation you can expect a session to last around an hour. Following a consultation I will ask you to relax whilst I place my hands on your body in varying positions, working from top to bottom. I also work in the energy field around your body.
Reiki is a non invasive therapy, especially accessible for those intolerant of touch. I can also use crystals to enhance the treatment if preferred.
