Welcome to Healing Hands In Uk
Hi my name is Sue Reynolds. I was born in North India and I came to UK in the early part of 1985. Always fascinated by different religions, cultures, ethnicities and beliefs, I felt drawn to people, their thought patterns and behaviours, thus learning, changing and growing in the process, experiencing conflict and peace in the world.
Though I always believed in God and religion, but did not follow it to the extreme. So, I was open to and influenced by other faiths and beliefs, believing there was peace and serenity in all of them.
Introduced to Reiki in February 2006, I practised it on friends, family and pets whenever I had the opportunity. Everytime I was amazed and inspired by the results.
I felt closer to Reiki Energy in February 2009 when I repeated the course and did some further training. This made me realise my true calling and gave me my much needed inner peace and direction in life.
Truely inspired, I went to India in January 2010 and spent over 2 months in a Reiki Healing and Training Center. Here I did further extensive training and vigorous work experience, healing people from different backgrounds with different healing needs from pain relief to depression.
This experience further intrigued me, increasing my quest for knowledge and learning thus further developing my healing skills in Reiki. This subsequently led me to aquire other healing therapies leading to further training with other recognised Reiki Healing Institutes.
All I can say is that learning, using and following Reiki has given me a true humbling serenity that most of us search for in our lives.

Sue also specialises in Quantum Healing and Karuna Reiki and uses modalities like Chakra Balancing, Crystal Therapy and Dowsing in her healing sessions as and when individual client's healing requires.
Reiki sessions can also be helpful with test/exam and interview nerves and can be beneficial in general nervous dispositions enabling the person to feel more relaxed, calm and confident.

REIKI SESSION
A Reiki session typically takes about an hour. You remain fully clothed and rest Comfortably on a massage table/mattress.
The Reiki energy is transferred by laying on of hands that are placed lightly on different parts of your body. Sue practices a 'Hands Off' healing technique for more intimate parts of the body.
You may feel some emotional release or some tingles or warmth as the Reiki energy flows into your body. The most common thing experienced during a session is a sense of deep peace and security. Sometimes visual images or colours may be seen. Insight may be received.
A series of sessions may results in dissolution of inner barriers which have been blocking holistic growth. It frequently happens that the client will come into contact with new ideas after a few Reiki sessions. Some will start doing yoga or start to meditate or practice some other kind of spiritual methods. Other will read books on positive thinking, or change their eating habits or even train to become Reiki practitioners themselves.
You may feel the energy directly, or you may experience heat from the Practitioner's hands. Most often, people fall into a deep, healing relaxation similar to meditation.
