Dynamic body massage is an interactive way of learning where your body is holding tension and stress. With guidance from therapist Jacqui-Lyn you can learn to release your muscles from holding onto this tension and feel relaxation and a new sense of lightness and movement.
Treatments
Dynamic Body work massage Reflexology
Reiki , Holistic Facial, Head Massage Aromatherapy
Treatments are usually for 1 hour and cost £35 Half hour treatments are £20
There are reduced rates for the elderly or students
Jacqui-Lyn may combine treatments using Reiki and massage
Aromatherapy oils are used with massage to enhance the experience
Reiki
Is usually done with clothes on.
It is a gentle healing energy that restores balance to the body in a physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual way.
It is a deeply relaxing treatment Reflexology is usually done via the feet ,however hands or ears can also be used.
I have had particularly good results on stiff necks and shoulders using Reflexology Aromatherapy uses cold pressed oils from plants in a variety of combinations .These are massaged into the skin and are best left on to continue their work after the treatment is finished.
Jacqui-Lyn has a special and unique understanding of the interplay between muscles and the skeletal system and is able to explain how tension and holding of the body helps to promote pain and discomfort.
Clients often report a lightness and ease in theft bodies after one treatment. However regular treatments are encouraged to achieve best results and continued benefit
About Jacqui-Lyn
I am a qualified Occupational Therapist and have worked in orthopaedics with the elderly ,strokes ,head injuries and hand injuries.
Dynamic Body massage is particularly good for shoulder and neck pain. Back pain.
Leg, hip knee and ankle stiffness I have seen many people with M. E Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Fibromyalgia.
