Homeopathy
Homeopathy is used widely throughout the world. It is a gentle, holistic practice involving the use of remedies created from natural sources including the Plant, Animal and Mineral kingdoms.
During the first consultation, which lasts for about one and a half hours, the homeopath will lead the client through a series of questions, recording information which might have lead to a decline in health. All symptoms of the illness are also recorded, and the homeopath will, in particular, find out how the illness specificaly affects you. It is from this information that the homeopath can find the most suitable remedy.
Lifestyle, habits, and environmental influences, will also be taken into account, as these also affect an individual's health.
Homeopathy is used to treat many illnesses, including both the long and the short-term, which affect a person physically, mentally, or emotionally.
It is suitable for any age and any condition.
It is particular helpful during pregnancy and childbirth, where the mother may want to have as natural an experience as possible.
After the consultation, the client will receive some milk sugar tablets impregnated with the essence of the remedy.
Bach Flower remedies or Tissue Salts may also be prescribed if the homeopath considers that they will help healing to take place.
Follow-up treatments lasting 45 minutes will allow the homeopath to monitor how the client's health is improving, changing the treatment as symptoms change or improve.

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese method of hands-on healing.
The client remains fully clothed and either lies on a couch or sits in a chair. The practitioner places their hands on or near the client, and moves them into different positions during the hour long treatment.
The client is able to relax and talk, or remain silent and experiences a sense of well-being and warmth during the hour long session.
After the treatment it is important for the client to drink plenty of water to flush out any toxins released during the session.
Follow up treatments are recommended to maintain the sense of well-being and improved vitality and health.
Food Intolerance Testing
Many people today find that they feel poorly or tired after eating specific foods, being near certain animals, or just find that they have much less energy than they used to. Sometimes symptoms don't show up for several days, making it difficult to find the culprit.
Our foods have changed considerably over the past few years, and they now contain more chemicals, fats, and preservatives, and as food manufacturing has changed, so have our bodies' ability to process these foods.
If you suffer from nausea, diarrhoea, constipation, mood swings, migraines, headaches, bloating, or rashes, you might be suffering from a food intolerance.
Juliet uses a Vega machine to uncover which foods may be affecting you.
The test is non-invasive, and simply involves holding an electrode which is connected to the machine. Substances are placed in the machine, and a stylus is pressed onto an accupuncture point. If you have a reaction, the machine will pick it up.
Clients can bring any foods along that they suspect. The sample must be in the form you would eat it, ie. cooked rice rather than raw. Only a small sample is needed, just a teaspoon, and should be bought in a plastic container.
