About Me
Hello! My name is Vesna, a qualified life consultant and health practitioner. My goal is that you take control of your health, manage your stress, access your full power, and create the joyful life you want to live.
In my 20’s I began my journey of researching life quality and health and since then I have continued investigating how to achieve a healthy life the natural way, fulfilled with inner peace and happiness. I started with spiritual training and practised the following techniques: Transcendental Meditation, Autogenics, Rebirthing in Croatia before locating to New Zealand where I studied and obtained my university degree in Life Consultancy in 2003.During this time I also studied Massage, Energy Transmitting, Guided Relaxation,healing the natural way, and elements of traditional Chinese medicine.
In 2006 after my finishing my degree course I came to London where I trained and qualified as an EDI certified massage therapist. At first I worked in a central London Spa Centre before starting my own consultancy and massage practise. As a Holistic Health Practitioner I use an approach that focuses on body, mind and spirit, using each client's unique energy and emotions to guide the therapy. I am a Raw Vegan and undertake a daily regime of meditation and energy yoga, Qigong exercise. I do not expect my clients to copy my lifestyle but I do believe that there are elements of my experiences and knowledge that can help everyone.
Ultimately, my work is about helping people discover and trust their own truths, live healthier lives through movement and simply become their best. I want to help people have more time, energy and freedom. I want to help people focus less on painful pasts and remove limiting thoughts so they can achieve their dreams. I’m passionate about fitness, wellness, and organic food and I believe we all have the power to create an amazing life. I believe that the relationship we have with ourselves is one of the most important relationships we can foster. Each of us knows what our best life looks like and sometimes we need a little extra courage to embrace that inner self. As the years go by, I enjoy becoming more of who I am and realize that everything in my life happens for me, not to me. I believe in humanity and the journey versus the arrival. There is magic in every moment. Just like you, I’m not perfect but I’m a work in progress.
