Welcome to Healthwise Massage Sports & Remedial TherapyHello and welcome. I am Shanti Mathews, Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer. I have been practicing since 2005 and am fully qualified and insured.
At Healthwise we are passionate about health and fitness and have provided a wide range of complementary therapies, personal training and exercise classes to all age groups of the community over the past 5 years. I really enjoy my work and rest assured you are in very good hands as most of my customers come back again and again and refer their friends and family to me. My background in Fitness enables me to offer a high level of knowledge and skills to my customers over and above a typical massage therapist.
About Me I worked as a Fitness Instructor for Greenwich Leisure Limited for 2 years before qualifying as a Massage Therapist & Personal Trainer with Premier Training International UK, a top well known UK Training provider of Health and Fitness Training.
After qualifying I then set up my company Healthwise Massage Sports & Remedial Therapy and continued to gain further qualifications.
HOME VISITS
I am available to do home visits by appointment to Ladies only everyday/evening except Wednesdays & Saturdays.
