About Us
HealthyBody, HealthyMind is owned and managed by Amanda Bramham
My career focus has always been in the Health & Social Care Sector. Starting my career back in 1990 as an Health Care Assistant for adults with a learning disability.
I graduated from Anglia Ruskin Universtiy in 2006 with an HNC in Health & Social Studies, and later that year I qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner.
This led me into work as a lecturer at the College of West Anglia, teaching Health & Social Care at pre-GCSE to A level standards. During my time at the college I saw the enormous benefits of NLP when communicating with learners; this prompted my to undertake a Diploma in NLP for Education; with great success.
Now a qualified Psychotherapist and IntegrativeCounsellor. Specialising in Behaviouralists Approaches. Challenging thought processes and encouraging a more positive outlook.
