Welcome to Holistic Health Matters ( George Hollis ) Therapies and Services, a site dedicated to holistic, experiential ways of living, working, learning and being.
My name is George Hollis. I am an experienced learning facilitator & holistic therapist. I facilitate 'holistic awareness' through relaxation and meditation, Reiki, Spiritual Retreats, Movement and Healing Dance.
I offer confidential, person-centred, therapeutic and transformational experiences to men & women, small groups, community organisations, companies and men within HMP.
In working with clients, my intention is to enable each person to explore their own 'truth' safely, through mentored, 'experiential journeys' based upon an acceptance of their own, unique experience of life. "Only the traveller knows their own journey". A life is a precious 'story', an unfolding of a truth. Life is your own unfolding story of your truth.
Holistic Therapies and Services
I am a qualified Reiki Master / Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, Bach Flower Therapist and Astroshamanic Practitioner with many years of experience. My work introduces me to men and women from all walks of life, who are trying to improve and maintain a more balanced state of health, particularly those interested in the health benefits of more natural approaches to achieving 'balance' within their lives.
