You don't have to have a medical problem to benefit from massage. It can relax and rejuvenate, and will benefit all. Aromatherapy can however be incredibly beneficial for a number of conditions.

Hopi ear candles bring a gentle heat to the head and ears, which soothes, relives and relaxes. Hopi Ear Candling, or Thermo-Auricular Therapy, is a non-invasive treatment therapy that is used to help with conditions such as:
excess or compacted wax in the ears
sinusitis, rhinitis, glue ear, hayfever
colds, flu, headaches, migraine
stress
ringing in the ear
Both aromatherapy and ear candling are safe and suitable for use with children.
I run regular birth partner massage classes, in which the pregnant woman attends with her birth partner/s to learn safe and effective massage for labour. Classes are limited to 1 or 2 couples to ensure everyone gets the time and space they need to feel confident to go away and use the skills they've learnt.
