I now have my own treatment room within the Welcome Gym (formerly Fitness4Less) in Chesham. I can still offer a mobile service to the local area but mainly work from my room :-) I do, however, ask all male clients to be treated at the gym. You don't need to be a member of the gym to come along.

Intro...

Holistic means taking into account all of somebody's physical, mental, and social conditions in the treatment of illness.

It has always been an interest of mine and a personal aim to do something for people and assist them in some way. It gives me great pleasure that I can now do this using my treatments for relaxation, for de-stressing and hopefully to help treat some ailments.

I am based at the Welcome Gym (formerly Fitness4Less) in Chesham, Buckinghamshire but can offer a mobile service for those within a reasonable distance. At my discretion, I ask male clients to be treated at the gym.

  Qualifications ...

  
  I am a V.T.C.T. fully qualified holistic therapist and a member of the International Council of Holistic Therapists.
  
  I studied and qualified at Aylesbury College in Buckinghamshire in 2005/2006 but I am committed to on-going personal and professional development. As well as holding a diploma in Holistic Therapies (covering Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Anatomy & Physiology & Non-Medical Nutritional Advice), I am also qualified in Remedial Massage and Indian Head Massage. I also hold certificates in Ear Candling, Warm Waxing and Basic Facials. The most recent addition being Lava Shell Massage.
  
  To ensure my clients peace of mind I am a member of the Federation of Holisitc Therapists (www.fht.org.uk) and I am fully insured with them.
