Massage has been found to improve circulation, joint range-of-motion and flexibility. It can reduce many common ailments such as stress, muscle tightness, headaches and pains - even anxiety and depression. Massage is great for softening areas of cellulite and improving skin & muscle tone. Your treatment will take place in your own home which enhances your relaxation - just think - no having to negotiate traffic/streets afterward just relax in your own surroundings!!
What you can expect from me
Never had a massage before? Not sure what to expect? Here's how it works:
- You will complete a consultation form which includes details of your current health/medical history/lifestyle etc
- We will discuss your needs/expectations of the treatment
- We will discuss the appropriate treatment
- I will explain the procedure, the expected outcome and timing
- We then agree the treatment plan and I can answer any queries you may have
- Providing that there are no contra indications to the treatment as discussed, and that you are happy with the treatment we will proceed.

About Me
Level 3 ITEC Diploma in Holistic Massage - which includes Anatomy & Physiology
Stage 1 Reiki
I have long had an interest in holistic massage - over many years I have had lots of massages, but, have always been left feeling like I should have had a better experience. I decided a while ago that it was about time to stop talking and start doing and have now successfully completed an ITEC Diploma in Holistic Massage; ITEC is known for its rigid quality assurance and high standards and is an internationally recognised qualification which includes a thorough grounding in Anatomy & Physiology.
I have begun another journey with Reiki which I hope to be able to offer by the end of 2011. But it doesn't just stop there, the human body is a fascinating piece of machinery and there is so much still to learn about it's mechanics and the care we need to take with it. My learning will be ongoing............
