Your Treatment
A full consultation will be carried out before any new treatment or change in oil blend, please allow half an hour extra for this. I want to ensure that the right oil blend and treatment is chosen for you and your requirements. All treatments will be carried out in a proffessional manner using towels and only clothing to be removed for the area of treatment. Modesty is kept at all times! The oils I use are purchased from a premier supplier of organic essential oils, which are farmed in the UK.
My name is Estelle Castaner-Jeffs aged 33. I took a career change in 2006 and studied Holistic Therapies at Bournville College of Further Education. I fully qualified to VTCT level 3 in Holistic Therapies which includes Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Swedish & Body Massage and Thermal Auricular Therapy (Hopi Ear Candling) and most recently Remedial massage,which looks more into sports injuries. This isn't only for the athletes of this world it can affect all of us.
I have also gone on to qualify in waxing, manicures & pedicures and more recently Hot Stone Massage. Spray Tanning is now in the salon and going well. This isn't where i want to stop, i feel that the market is forever changing with new and improved methods coming in. So i will be continuously learning and keeping up with market trends.
I am now also qualified in Indian Head massage.
I am also studing for my qualification in teaching within the Further Education Sector. I want to run workshops for people so that they can benefit from massage within there own everyday lives.

Reflexology
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a method of applying pressure to areas of the feet and hands that follow the ancient zone therapies. These zones run throughout the body and the feet and hands are more accessible areas of working the zones because they are extremely sensitive. This method activates the healing powers of the body. It works on the same basis as acupuncture.
It is not a foot massage or a medical treatment but a channel of healing.

Massage is the manipulation of soft body tissue such as muscle therefore relieving tension and stress by warming them up and increasing the blood flow and oxygen into the muscles helping them to self heal. Hopi Candles
This Therapy will help adults and children of all ages, whether you suffer from Hayfever, Sinus problems or just build up of wax in the ears.- Unless you have a perforated ear drum
- Have tubes in your ears
- Have had recent ear, nose, throat or sinus surgery
Ear Candling is a perfectly safe therapy.
An ear coning/ candling treatment given to a person who has a head cold, flu, conjested sinuses and ears will benifit from reduced pressure in the head and speeds up the healing process.

Hot Stone Therapy
In China Hot and Cold volcanic stones were used in healing practice and the therapy dates back over 3000 years in ancient India as well. One of the oldest tools, which is made of jade was discovered in China dating back to around 2000-1500BC. Basalt Stones are used for Hot Stone Massage.
Benifits of Hot Stones are:- Capillaries respond to heat by dilating, letting the skin and muscles receive fresh oxygen and nutrients and expelling the waste , which may cause stiffness and pain in muscles.
- Stimulates the lymphatic circulation helping to detoxify the body and reduce fluid retension.
- Easing of stiffness and tension in muscles by relaxing the muscle tissue.
- Induces the feeling of relaxation and helps to destress.
I hold the stones in my own hands and massage the body, using depth and the heat to relieve your muscles from tension. I can control the temperature as i have to hold them so no risk of burning.
