I qualified as a foot reflexologist in 1991 and became a member of the Association of Reflexologists in 1992. Shortly after I joined the Council as Seminars Co-ordinator then as a Director until 2008. I am now an Honorary Member of the Association in recognition of my 17 years of service to reflexology. From 2002 I’ve studied Face Reflexology, Cosmofacial Reflexology and Japanese Cosmo Facelift, with Lone Sorensen López in Spain, Copenhagen, Dubai and the UK, and much practical experiences in Spain. 0ver 18 years experience in reflexology and organising seminars for well known reflexologists worldwide, I have a unique understanding of reflexology treatments. With a unique approach and inner knowledge of reflexology, my Practice in West Hampstead offers a wide range of reflexology treatments to address all your physical imbalances and leave you looking and feeling good and totally, physically and spiritually relaxed.

- COSMO JAPANESE FACELIFT THERAPY incorporates the use of Facial Reflexology and a face lifting therapy from Japan. It is an effective face lifting treatment, combining 27 NP points on the face with a new
Japanese face lifting technique and Rose hip oil, a Rose hip lifting mask and white mineral mud. The treatment is designed to ease tense facial muscles and tissue, stimulate lymphatic and blood supply and reduce wrinkles.
- COSMOFACIAL is a new concept for facial treatments that has been developed from Face Reflexology.
