HOW CAN HYPNOTHERAPY HELP ME?
Hypnotherapy is used to help with many problems. The most common are weight control, giving up smoking, controlling anxiety and stress, stopping bad habits, boosting confidence and self esteem. It helps YOU to take control of your problem, and the solution stays with you.

WHAT DOES IT FEEL LIKE?
It feels like a deep relaxation. You are aware of what is happening and always in control. It is a completely natural state which most people enter sometime during every day e.g daydreaming. So, most people can be hypnotised.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
To stop smoking, I recommend 2 sessions. Typically other therapies would take place over at least 4 sessions with follow-up agreed between ourselves.

WHAT DOES IT COST?
Any informal chat is free. The stop smoking course is £100. Other sessions are £40 per session.
