I trained at Loughborough Colleege over a period of three years as a mature student.
With all of my treatments a generous amount of time is given to the client to assist relaxation. Each treatment is tailored to the patient after a short discussion has taken place. After treatment the client is asked to relax for a short while before resuming her daily life.
I always enjoy practicing the given therapies to achieve a successful outcome of calmness and relaxation.
Services
Reflexology, a Chinese medicine that treats the whole body by restoring its balance. It is very good for a de-stressing experience over a period of treatments, it is also a very rewarding treatment to give.
I am prepared to travel a ten mile radius from my location for Reflexology treatment.
Swedish massage offers another form of relaxation. It can be applied firm or in a more gentle way according to the patients preference.
Deep Tissue Therepy is a much deeper pressure into an area that may be causing discomfort. This treatment is completed by a much lighter massage to aid relaxation. All types of massage help to remove toxins by stimulating the blood flow, it also creates heat to the tissue.
All of my teatments not only aid stress problems, but also the local body discomforts that we experience day to day.
