Infant Massage - to share a lifetime and beyond...
You can enjoy one to one infant massage sessions in the comfort of your own home and weekly group sessions at various venues. There is no upper age limit.
Holistic Therapy
Therapies include the metamorphic technique, reiki, indian head massage, hopi ear candles, reflexology (with particular interest infertility/pre conception, pregnancy and post natal reflexology), hand reflexology, swedish massage and hot stones massage.
Vouchers are available for all holistic therapies and infant massage.
All therapies and infant massage are subject to a completing a confidential and detailed consultation form. Please also allow additional time for your consultation, initial breathing relaxation exercises before and following your therapy and reflection time.
Reflexology for Pregnancy
I am particurlarly excited about the benefits of Reflexology for conception, infertility and wellbeing during pregnancy, and I offer specific treatments tailored to your individual circumstances. For those who are undergoing infertility treatment, I discuss a treatment timeline that coincides with your IVF treatment.
Each session begins with a gentle relaxation, focusing on simple meditation and breathing exercises to help calm the mind and body. These are done at your pace to ensure you feel comfortable and relaxed. A breathing exercise ends your session with reflection time for feedback and discussion, if you wish. This is complementary to your actual treatment, therefore, please allow an additional 30 minutes to the following treatment times:

Massage can offer many benefits on a variety of levels – emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual.
Swedish massage can stimulate tired and fatigued muscles, or relax tense and aching muscles. During you consultation we will discuss howmassage could help you and a treatment will be tailored to suit your needs.
