Grounded in holistic approaches to health, our massage treatments get results especially when combined with stretching and possibly some lifestyle changes.
About Us
My training included powerful cutting-edge bodywork and massage skills combining a highly effective blend of Eastern and Western Massage approaches and utilizing techniques not commonly taught in the UK.
Each treatment really is as individual as each of my clients and I use all my skills to treat your body and your situation appropriately. This means that I do not do a routine treatment, but incorporate different techniques to help you feel better. The aim is to move you out of discomfort mostly in 1 – 6 sessions.
Having worked in the corporate world for many years, I have a strong understanding of workplace demands and pressures, and the negative effect it can have on the body. Now the most satisfying part of my work is when people tell me how much better they feel after their treatment having come in with pain and/or stress weighing them down.
As a registered member of Embody’s Professional Complementary Therapists Association (CThA) I am fully insured to practice massage. Committed to continuing professional development (CPD) I continue to advance my bodywork skills.
