About Faye Baxter
As an experienced nutritionist and cookery coach, Faye firmly believes that nutrition, and the art of cooking are fundamental to good health optimising vitality and mood
Faye is a lecturer in nutrition, healthy eating and cookery, with a degree in nutritional medicine and diploma in cookery, specialising in whole food and macrobiotic cookery. She has a nutritional therapy practice and runs courses in nutrition, lifestyle and cookery .
She is a member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT).

Personal Consultations
You will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire and food diary prior to your first appointment which will cover medical history, current health issues, current diet and lifestyle.
We will discuss what you want to achieve your health concerns, how your current symptoms might be related to your food choice and lifestyle.
This will help to clarify the areas requiring changes. A personal dietary programme will be provided, following the consultation. You are recommended to inform your GP that you are working with a NT practitioner
Your programme may span a number of visits. You will receive nutritional support and guidance in between visits by email or phone. Follow up consultations are generally one month after the initial consultation.
