Indian Head Massage:
Is a massage that works on the main tension areas of the body – the shoulders, arms, upper back, neck, scalp & face. Essential oils are used if you wish, to massage away those stresses and totally de-stress your mind. Although you are seated in a chair, you will be amazed at just how relaxing it is

Reflexology:
Is a holistic therapy that gives your body a total workout by working on specific reflex points on the feet – it’s absolutely blissful. It is a treatment that has been around for thousands of years and can benefit many problems – both physical & emotional as well as being incredibly relaxing

Hopi Ear Candling:
Also known as Thermo Auricular Therapy, this is an ancient healing and clearing treatment. Bio-sun candles are used which are excellent in helping a wide variety of ear, nose & throat problems. A massage of the face is included in the treatment which helps to drain the sinuses as well as adding to the relaxation. There are benefits after just one treatment, but a course of at least 3 is best for long-term problems

Reiki:
This is a natural therapy that has its roots in many ancient cultures. It is an incredibly relaxing treatment even though no massage is involved. It is a hands-on-healing therapy that works on both physical and emotional issues and allows you to take time out for you. Reiki combines beautifully with all the other therapies I offer, so you can add Reiki to your treatment.

Why not treat yourself (or a friend) to a truly blissful time of pure relaxation & pampering. You can choose any combination of treatments from this leaflet to make up your own individual menu of treatments to suit you and fit the time plan. It’s a fantastic gift to yourself (or your friend) as you will feel totally relaxed and pampered, which is something that tends to get overlooked in today’s modern world. It’s a treat at a treatable price!

Chakra Balance:
Chakras are the energy centres of the body and they are often out of balance, which may lead to disharmony in the body. The chakras are balanced using a variety of appropriate healing crystals, which leaves you feeling relaxed and revitalised. This combines really well with other treatments.

Reiki Courses:
Would you like to learn to do Reiki? I am a qualified Reiki & Seichem Master and run regular courses. I am happy to teach one-to-one or small groups from Level I to Level III. Please enquire for further details of dates and cost. There will be a non-refundable deposit to pay on booking.
