Holistic Therapies
Holistic Therapies are completely natural and have been around for centuries. Many different cultures have their own form of holistic therapies and are still used today along side conventional medicine. They can help to treat both the physical and emotional symptoms of pain and disease. They deal with the person as a ‘whole’; mind, body and spirit.

- General well being and pampering
- Performed regularly holistic therapies can help with the general well being of your body and mind.

I have been practicing Holistic Therapies for the past 3 years and I love every minute of it! It has taken me 2 years training to get me this far, but I am continually learning something new.
I am not your stereotypical therapist, and if you have ever wanted a treatment but found the whole salon / spa thing intimidating then I could be the therapist for you! Just come and give me a try.

Aromatherapy Massage
This is a full body massage using a carrier oil mixed with essential oils that are personalized to you as an individual . It is tailored to help relieve any symptoms you may be experiencing. A lovely relaxing and indulgent treatment.

Holistic Massage
This is a traditional massage consisting of manipulation of the soft tissues along with pressure points. It can help to relieve tension and pain in muscles and aid relaxation

Hopi Ear Candles
This is fully clothed treatment that involves placing all natural ear candles into the entrance to the ear and allowing them to burn, creates a massaging effect on the eardrum. This is then followed by a facial massage. It can be used to treat headahces, sinus problems, allergic rhinitis and excessive ear wax reducing the need for syringing. A surprisingly relaxing treatment.

Hot Stone Massage
This is a full body massage using Basalt stones. The stones are fantastic for relaxation and every one stroke of a stone is worth ten strokes of a hand. The stones are placed in various positions to draw off negative energy and replace it with positive. A deeply relaxing treatment.
A full treatment 1 1/4 hr £40
Indian Head Massage
This treatment covers the shoulders, neck, face and scalp. The treatment can be completed with or without oil . This treatment is both relaxing and refreshing. It can help with neck and shoulder tension, headaches, sinus problems and stress. Ideal treatment to fit into a lunch hour.

Reflexology
This treatment is completed on the feet. It works on reflex points on the soles of the feet which corresponds with areas of the body. It is an exceptionally relaxing treatment which can be used to help with menopausal symptoms, IBS, insomnia, aches and pains, general balancing of the body. It is also said to help with conceiving.

Reiki
Reiki is an ancient Japanese system of natural healing based on channeling energy through the hands of the therapist. It can be used to help specific ailments or diseases and to help with relaxation and stress management.
The treatment involves the therapist’s hands being placed in various positions on the client’s body or wherever the therapist feels the client needs the healing energy.
Everyone who has a Reiki treatment feels something different, however most feel a great sense of peace and calm.
The treatment is completely non invasive and very relaxing, definitely worth a try.
1/2 hr treatment £17.50
1/4 hr treatment at the end of massage £7.50
A full consultation will be taken on your initial treatment. This allows me to be fully aware of the best way to treat you and to ensure there are no contraindications to your treatment.
Treatments can be adapted to suit your individual needs.
Treatments can be done at my home or in your home (subject to availability).
Gift Vouchers are available in £5.00 increments or for specific therapies. They make an ideal present.
