I've spent over 20 years mentoring people of all ages and backgrounds, supporting them in making positive change in their lives and I am now ready to help you.

MY CREDENTIALS
Supporting people to overcome barriers in their lives has been my career, in various forms, for over 20 years.
One of my earliest successes was designing and delivering an accredited Personal Development Programme for the YMCA. A scheme instrumental in many young people gaining, what was for some, their first ever achievement award, in the form of a City & Guilds Certificate.
Another valuable experience was the time spent managing a centre for the long term unemployed, supporting individuals of all abilities and backgrounds in securing employment. An important aspect of this position was helping to regain confidence and self belief.
In another role I received commendations for my work in schools, providing older pupils with motivational interviewing and careers guidance.
Working intensively as a mentor to young offenders, promoting positive change in their lives has also added to my credentials as a Life Coach.
As my reputation for high quality support and advice has grown many exciting opportunities have presented themselves to me. One high light was being invited to deliver a speech in the Houses of Parliament on the benefits of involving young people in the political process and another, receiving an Achievement Award in the House of Lords for work undertaken with the International Aid Agency, Y Care International.
I will draw on my wealth of experience and my 'toolbox' of tried and tested techniques to support you as your Life Coach. I'm just waiting for your call.
