I have helped clients with:

My clients are of all ages and I have several ladies over 80, which I visit in their own homes.
Reflexology
A very effective treatment which works on the body 's energy system promoting it to heal itself. I stimulate and massage reflex points on the tops and soles of the feet helping to relieve many chronic and long term ailments, reduce stress and aid relaxation.
Some doctors, consultants and other health care professionals recognise Reflexolgy as a well established, respected and effective treatment.

Indian Head Massage
A massage including the head, face, neck and shoulders. It promotes blood flow to the brain aiding concentration, memory and clear thinking. Also helps relieves muscle tension in the neck and shoulders, and helps with lymph drainage. It also helps with release of emotions promotes a feeling of deep relaxation and well being. Can be used with or without oils.

Swedish Massage - full body, legs only , or back neck and shoulder.
A warm, relaxed and comfortable environment is provided to make any of these treatments extremely relaxing and very beneficial.

The Nuture Experience - (Hen parties)
Myself and three equally qualified therapists offer a service for girly nights in, hen party, etc offering your guests the chance to try various therapies ranging from Reflexology, Indian Head Massage through to Colour Healing a wonderful way to spend the evening with friends, and an excellent alternative to the usual hen nights. Price is on application and dependant on the number of guests.
