About Jane Moloney
I teach weekly classes (mornings & evenings) local to Gerrards Cross / Chalfont St Peter during school term time.- Classes are booked in blocks of 6 weeks.
- Small groups ensure you receive personal attention.
- Classes are suitable for all levels of ability, as adaptations can be made, however evening classes are designed for the more experienced yoga practitioner.
- Classes comprise Asana, Pranayama (breath control) , Pratyahara (Sense withdrawal/Relaxation) and Meditation.
- You will learn about the Subtle and Physical body through Asana, Mudra, Bandha; the endocrine system and its association with the Chakras, and also the subtle sheaths - Koshas, and how the Gunas affect us.
