Aromatherapy Massage
This is the ultimate indulgence: a relaxing treatment using gentle massage with aromatherapy oils especially blended to suit you. This treatment will help to relax aching muscles and alleviate the stresses of today's busy lifestyles.
Indian Head Massage
This is a powerful treatment that involves accupressure and massage of the shoulders, neck, face and scalp. The treatment helps to clear the mind and is particularly helpful for those who suffer from headaches, have difficulty switching off or trouble sleeping.
Reflexology
A relaxing foot massage that uses pressure techniques to stimulate reflex points on the foot which relate to corresponding areas in the body. Reflexology helps to rebalance your body and can help with a variety of conditions such as digestive disorders, depression and stress related illness. I use my own blend of aromatherapy oils in a massage cream. These can be tailored to suit your individual needs.
Ear candling
This relaxing ancient treatment stimulates the peripheral blood flow in and around the ear and can help with relief from sinus and ear problems. A relaxing facial massage can be included with the treatment.
Body Massage
This holistic massage treatment will improve circulation and release tension in muscles.
