Based in Peterborough, 'Essential Healing' is an Aromatherapy practice that provides professional holistic treatments to people in all walks of life. Services offered include Aromatherapy Massage, Access Consciousness Bars, Energetic Facelift, Reconnective Healing, Reiki, Detox Foot Spa treatments and Swedish Massage. Each service helps optimise good health and wellbeing to all clients. Aromatherapy Massage is a form of massage using Essential oils. Essential oils are concentrated plant-derived oils with healing properties. Every essential oil has its own specific healing properties.
Benefits from an Aromatherapy massage include relaxation, relief from stress, tension, muscular aches and pains, arthritis and many other ailments. It can bring a deep sense of wellbeing. Full body and back treatments/ massages are available for men and women. Reiki is a form of hands-on healing. It helps provide balance and relaxation to the body on all levels – mental, physical, emotional and spiritual. Reconnective Healing is a comprehensive new form of healing that is incredibly effective. It not only includes, but expands beyond all known forms of ‘energy’ healing. Discovered by successful chiropractor Dr Eric Pearl in the mid 90’s, many people have had amazing healings of Cancer, ME, MS, Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis, Cerebral Palsy, plus many mental, physical and emotional issues. Aromatherapy
The following treatments and services to meet Your health and healing requirements: Aromatherapy Massage and Reconnective Healing. All treatments are carried out in Walton, Peterborough, PE4. My practice has a warm, relaxing environment. Further location details are given once an appointment has been made. Home visits are available in special circumstances only, within 15 miles of Peterborough town centre. For all initial massage treatments, please allow an extra 10-15 minutes for a consultation at the start of the appointment. This is necessary to assess for health issues and possible contraindications (i.e. allergies, high/low blood pressure, etc) and allows Janet to choose a suitable blend to meet your requirements.

Full Body Aromatherapy Massage
This treatment includes using a number of Aromatherapy massage techniques on the back, legs, feet, abdomen, upper chest, shoulders, arms, neck and face. No other parts of the body are included, but any of the above body parts can be excluded if you so wish. Towels are used to cover the parts of the body not being treated. This treatment costs £40 and lasts between one and one and a quarter hours.
Back, Neck & Shoulders Aromatherapy Massage
This treatment includes using a number of Aromatherapy massage techniques on the back, neck and shoulders. A towel or blanket is used to cover the lower half of the body. This treatment costs £27.50 and lasts for 30-40 minutes.
Face, Neck & Shoulders Aromatherapy Massage
This treatment includes using a number of Aromatherapy massage techniques on the shoulders, neck and face. Towels are used to cover the parts of the body not being treated. This treatment costs £22.50 and lasts for up to half an hour
Aromatherapy Facial Spa
This treatment includes the use of a facial sauna and follows with a face and neck and shoulder massage with pure essential oils. The facial sauna helps unblock the pores and cleanse skin. It can also help clear the head and the respiratory system. The face and neck and shoulder treatment releases tensions from your day and helps you relax. This treatment costs £30.00 and lasts for up to 45 minutes Vouchers are available for these treatments.

Access Consciousness Bars
There are 32 bars of energy that run through and around your head that connect you to different aspects of your life. They store electromagnetic components of all thought, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything. There are bars for healing, body, control, awareness, creativity, power, ageing, sex and money, and much more. Each thought, idea, attitude, decision or belief that you have fixed in place solidifies the energy and limits your capacity to operate efficiently or change anything in that area. When you change the energy, your experience and outlook will also change and you will be open to positive and refreshing opportunities showing up in your life.
A 'Bars' session consists of having 32 points on your head gently touched and held. ‘Running the Bars’ will help eliminate magnetic implants of thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions and limitations you may have collected and held in any lifetime. This gently releases anything that you don’t wish to keep; rather like cleaning your room, house or computer. It helps to rewire the brain for optimal health and vitality. A treatment generally lasts 60 – 75 minutes and costs £45. The results can be relaxing, refreshing and can help you move forward with your life with ease and flow.
