This very relaxing health enhancing treatment brings your body, mind and soul into balance. Wrapped in warm towels and a duvet, lie back, listen to soothing music and have the reflexes on your feet stimulated to promote the bodys natural healing and balancing. Reflexology is recognised by the Medical profession,and is also very beneficial in pregnancy.
AROMATHERAPY- 1 hour- £35
Let yourself be pampered, by having essential oils specially blended for you, then lie on a warm couch and have your tension and stress gently massaged away . Blends may also be purcased for massage, bathing or to use in a burner.
HOPI EAR CANDLING - 30mins -£20
This very soothing treatment is wonderful if you suffer from sinus problems, are a frequent flyer, surfer or are hard of hearing.Candling takes approxiamately 20 minutes and is followed by a short facial massage using essential oils.
