REFLEXOLOGY
I massage the feet in order to clear the energy pathways of the body. As the whole body is reflected in the feet, using specific massage, I am able to clear any blockages that may be present and encourage the body to heal itself.
During the first treatment a medical history will be discussed and together with the treatment, will take just over an hour to complete. Any subsequent treatments will take up to one hour and the number of treatments will vary depending on the condition that is being treated.

REIKI
I am qualified in Reiki Level 3 - a Reiki Master.
Reiki is an ancient healing technique that uses 'chi' energy to heal and balance the body. Reiki was developed by Mikao Usui in the early 1900's in Japan where he used it for self-healing and also to treat others.
Clients are asked to lie down on the coach fully clothed while the Reiki healing is taking place in a relaxing environment.
There are many benefits to having a Reiki treatment so, if you suffer from:
