Massage:
Ideal for reducing muscular tension and easing aches and pains:
- Full body massage - 75 minutes £35.00
- Back, neck & shoulder massage - 45 minutes £25.00
- Stressbuster back & shoulders using deep tissue techniques - 45 minutes £30.00
- Facial with head massage - 30 minutes £20.00
Aromatherapy:
A relaxing gentle massage, using essential and carrier oils blended to suit your health, mood and skin type. Includes a home treatment blend such as bath oil, joint lotion or inhalation:
- Full body massage - 90 minutes £42.50
- Back, neck & shoulder massage - 60 minutes £32.50
About me
I am a Massage Therapist and Aromatherapist based in Plymouth, Devon.
I have trained in holistic body massage techniques at the Devon Academy of Complementary Therapies in Exeter and am qualified to ITEC Level 3 in Body Massage and Aromatherapy. I have also attended workshops in Deep Tissue massage.
I am based at Erme House, Plympton or treatments can be carried out in the comfort of your own home by arrangement.
I am fully insured, and a member of the Complimentary Therapists Association.
At your first treatment, I will ask you to complete a confidential health questionnaire so that I can understand how to tailor the treatment to your specific needs.
