I have personally experienced the benefits of Personal Coaching, NLP, Hypnotherapy and TLT and I am passionate about sharing their proven ability to help others.

I am a Certified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy with the ABNLP. I am a qualified Life Coach with a Diploma in Business, Executive and Personal Coaching through The Coach Institute of Ireland. I also hold a Diploma in Social Work. I am a registered clinical member of the National Board of NLP.
I have 20 years experience in the social care field behind me with 10 years in a professional capacity as a Social Worker, 4 years of which was in a managerial role. Having extensive experience working with Families and Individuals in various life situations and difficulties, I have supported individuals and families through lifechanging experiences.
I endeavour to bring my skill, knowledge and passion for helping others to my role as a Combination Therapist and Life Coach.

Exercise assists good circulation and when done regularly, keeps our muscles toned and helps clear toxins from our system.
Regular exercise can reduce your physiological reaction to stress. It also strengthens your heart and increases the blood supply to it, directly affecting your vulnerability to heart disease.
