Back pain, pelvic pain, piriformis syndrome, muscle spasm and sciatica
Shoulder pain, frozen shoulder, shoulder impingement, subluxation, supraspinatus tendonitis, rotator cuff syndrome
Stiff neck – crick neck, torticollis, cervicogenic headache (headache created by stiff neck muscles), migraine type headaches, whiplash
knee pain – osteoarthritis, collateral ligament strain, adductor tendonitis, patella dislocation, Iliotibial band syndrome
Feet & ankles – falling arches, sprained ankle, recovery from fracture or operation, stubbed toes, shin splints
Unresolved head injuries, TMJ syndrome, some forms of dizziness, vestibulitis and vertigo. A loss of sense of smell or sinus issues can occasionally be improved.
I will also discuss IBS symptoms, advise on breathing, and give therapeutic massage 16 years of experience in the wholefood industry setting quality standards and writing nutritional information.
I provide support for women going through IVF, resolve pelvic muscle imbalances that possibly relate to miscarriage.

About John Perrott
John Perrott started training in 1998 in manual therapy. He currently practises as a holistic therapist registered with the Association of Osteomyologists. He will help you with gentle and precise manipulation, therapeutic and sports massage, Western, medical acupuncture and craniosacral therapy.
Having a long experience in the wholefood industry he will discuss with you dietary and lifestyle changes that will benefit your health. John practises pilates exercises and yoga stretches. He incorporates them into an agreed program to maintain improvements in your health and fitness.
