Julia Shaw practitioner in: Deep Tissue Massage, Massage, Reflexology
Julia Shaw first became involved with Holistic Massage by attending various workshops in California in 1976. She then trained at the Churchill centre in England in 1983.
After studying Biodynamic Massage Therapy at the Gerda Boyesen Centre and Shiatsu massage at the East West Centre she started working at the Brackenbury Clinic in 1984. During that year she trained in Reflexology with Jane Vukovic and became a founder member of the Association of Reflexologists.
She is a registered member of ART (Advanced Reflexology Training) and an authorised member of the Vertical Reflexology Training (VRT) network. She has also trained in Maternity Reflexology with Suzanne Enzer.
Julia has a special interest in maternity and fertility reflexology but also treats many other conditions such as PMT, migraine, insomnia and back pain, problems often brought on by a stressful lifestyle. She often combines massage and reflexology which leads to a deep feeling of relaxation.
