Julie Evans Counselling.
I am a qualified Humanistic Integrative Relational Therapist, focussing on you as an individual, believing you have choices and can change should you wish. I provide you with the opportunity for growth and change.
I offer a warm, safe environment where I treat you as an individual, without judgement.
I will work with you in a supportive way, enabling you to explore and understand the issues you are experiencing.
I do not have the answers and I cannot advise you what to do, but I can support you to find the right way forward.
I provide one to one individual counselling, for the duration of 50 minutes, sessions are usually weekly, however I can be flexible to your needs.
I offer both long and short-term work with you and am guided by you as to what feels right. I do ask that you commit to 6 sessions, where we can then review our work together.
I have experience with a range of issues, to include, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, work related issues, self-harm, eating disorders, post-natal depression, divorce and separation and bereavement.
Deciding to have therapy can feel quite daunting, not knowing what to expect. Usually a time when you may seek counselling, is when you are experiencing difficulties, which in turn you may feel quite vulnerable.
