I’m Julie Silver, your personal food fairy and transformation coach – incorporating nutritional therapy, natural health & stress management. I am located in Prestwich, Manchester. I am here to help you regain the magic that may have gone from your life currently.

I do this by going through what is currently working and not working for you, if you have any challenges or health issues. I go through what you eat, your lifestyle and then I will give you practical and realistic suggestions to make easy changes, coaching you to better health.
I will make your consultation/session as interactive as possible letting you try healthier foods to see if you like them before recommending them.
You may want to incorporate wheat-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free alternatives if you have an allergy or intolerance or just want to feel more energised.
Many people are pleasantly surprised at how healthier alternatives I show them can be made tasty, delicious and easy to prepare. I believe you need to enjoy something otherwise you won’t want to incorporate it.
It’s about achieving magical results from simple changes in every area of your life and I will show you just how easy it can be.

All workshops and 1-2-1 cooking sessions are gluten free, vegan, suitable for coeliacs, diabetics, dairy free and sugar free. Includes full meal & ideas for a better quality of life. Learn about what foods will help to reverse ageing, have clearer and more supple skin, brighter eyes, healthier hair, increased energy and vitality, alleviate health problems, reduce stress, lose/balance weight in a healthy way.
- Watch healthier foods being cooked so you can be inspired to improve your health and feel full of vitality. Eat the foods for lunch.

- Suitable for people that have the time to cook and also for those who can’t cook, won’t cook.
Foods will consist of whole grains (gluten-free), helping to increase energy and improve digestion; proteins that help prevent and heal illness, such as heart conditions, diabetes, low blood sugar etc.; vegetables and sea vegetables that help improve digestion, increase vitality and energy & prevent/heal illnesses; condiments and refreshment that help heal the body, improve health to look and feel great.

Workshops can be tailor made to suit you. They are usually held in Prestwich, although I maybe able to arrange one at your house or another venue.
Nutrition & Health Consultation - 1½ hours – £75 – includes a detailed e-mail with recommendations and advice.
1-2-1 Healthy Cooking Sessions* – 3 hours – £95 – Watch, learn & eat healthy alternatives to help your health issues so that you can make better choices to feel better. Come with another person for an extra £35
*Includes lunch or evening meal and an e-mail with recommendations, recipes and advice.
About Me
As a qualified nutritional therapist, Julie has extensive knowledge in the health & wellbeing field working with a wide range of corporate clients and individuals. Julie has diplomas in nutrition, stress management and holistic therapies with extensive professional experience in specialised areas of health and well being. She has written in and has had articles in many publications. She has appeared several times on local TV such as Channel M and DM Digital TV – SHINE.
Julie’s path led her into natural health, nutrition and stress management after a series of stressful events took place in her life from the age of 28. With low energy and high stress levels it inspired her to make changes she thought would be impossible. She now has low stress levels and increased energy, feeling younger and better than ever.
Julie works with integrity and intuition. She is passionate about her work and loves to empower others to live to their true potential.
