Body Massage
The type of body massage Kara offers is called “Swedish Body Massage”.
It is developed by a Swedish doctor called Per Henrik Ling in the 1700s.
Some of the well known benefits of Swedish Body Massage are:- Increases the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxin from muscles
- Massage can shorten the recovery time from muscular strain by flushing the lactic acid and other metabolic wastes from the muscles
- Helps reduces stress, both physical and emotional, and it can be used to promote general well-being and self-esteem
- Improves skin tone, circulation and elasticity
- Encourages better lymph drainage
- Boosts immunity
- Relieves muscular fatigue, soreness and stiffness
- Relaxing the mind – Reducing anxiety

Clients lay down on the massage couch without clothes (knickers are kept on) while she massages using oil. (not essential oil)
The dignity of the clients is maintained throughout with the use of large towel to cover the body. Only the part being massage is uncovered at any one time.

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage has been practiced in India for over 1000 years. Though it is called head massage, upper back, shoulders, neck, upper arms, ears and face are also massaged as well as head.
Some of the well known benefits of Indian Head Massage are:- Helps reduce emotional and mental stress
- Relieves muscular tension
- Relieves eye strain
- Relieves headaches
- Relieves pain in neck and shoulders
- Improves concentration
- Encourages better sleep – Relieves insomnia

This massage is carried out normally with client sitting on the chair fully clothed and no oil is used. But it can also be done with oil if clients prefer it (in that case, top half of clothing needs to be removed)

Energy Healing
Energy Healing is a holistic approach to help people achieve health and wholeness.
When an event occurs which is too painful to accept and it is not dealt with and released, it becomes a blockage at all levels and can cause ill health physically as well as mentally. Energy Healing exists to facilitate the return journey to who you really are – happy, peaceful, loving, serene, whole and authentic. It traces the root cause of any difficulties or challenges at an emotional, physical and spiritual level.
Energy Healing involves many different techniques including Inner Child Healing, Colour Healing, Sound Healing, Relationship Cord Healing, Past Life Regression, Celestial Healing and Entity Release – all of these I will discuss with you to ascertain which is suitable for you.

Past Life Regression is a kind of Energy Healing. It is particularly helpful for healing the emotion/condition/belief you have carried over from your previous life. If you have some issues which you cannot remember / understand what the root cause is, it may stem from one of your previous life.
By going into the particular life time, and then to understand the root cause of particular condition/belief, it can have very deep healing effect.
